Smile What is best location to mount a amp

I am installing a new four channel amplifier into my xlt four door super cab (cab w/ two front doors and half doors in back) I wanted to try to find out where i might mount the amp to where it will be out of the way but will still allow me to fold up the rear bench seats (part not where the jack is) i was thinking if removing the jack mount and relocating the jack somewhere else inside the truck. Perhaps i could mount it under the small split rear bench seat. But where would you guys install it. Let me know.

I have an 05 supercab and I was able to mount my amps and cap behind the seat, on the wall of the cab.

you can even mount it underneath the the front pass seat, thats where mine is mounted and i ran all the wires under the door sills and if i ever need to adjust it its within easy reach...

how did you get around the air vents under the passenger seat that blows to the back of the cab? I could probably level the area and put sometihng for amp to rest flat on to still have clearance from underside of seat BUT will the air mess with the amp electronics?

Had mine installed under the driver seat so if anyone were to try and steal it they would have to take out the whole seat.
