Weird question....honest answers plz
What looks better? A stock new 2010 or 2009 f150 or a 2004 f150 with a lift and nice tires and wheels? Both 2wd. The stock 2010 or 2009 is all black and the 2004 is black and gold two tone. I just wanna know can a lift and some nice wheels and tires make a truck better looking than a newer stock truck . It's a weird question and a long story behind it. I'm trying to prove a point to somebody lol

Well I would go for the newer truck,,, just because in 6 years the 2010 will be 6 years old where the 2004 will be 12....
My only problem with the new trucks is the grill... just dont like it.. I do like the Raptor grill but thats not even in the same world.
If I had my pick it would be the newer truck.. you can always Mod it later..

Way too subjective and not enough info. What are the trim levels and cab sizes? You'll get some skewed answers with this in the 04-08 subforum as well.

Not sure what point you are planning to prove, but this is a totally subjective question. Kind of like asking what the best oil is. Each person will have their own opinion on which is best, as it is personal preference. I like my big tires and lift kits, my brother thinks that stuff is a useless waste of money and ruines the look.

buying the older truck will save you money on the lift and whatnot. biggest concern is the spark plug issue, driving habits, previous owners, blah blah blah
the newer ones......eh they're alright. i like my 04. but i also like my uncle's 2010 lariat.
i say buy both.
