Weird noise when accelerating lightly 5.4 3v
Got a buzzing/humming noise that randomly occurs when I lightly accelerate on my 04 f150 4x4 5.4 3v. The noise disappears once I let go of the gas or floor it. I have also noticed that the engine sort of bogs down when the noise occurs. I've found a video that shows exactly what my truck is doing but couldn't find any definitive answers. Any idea what could be making the annoying noise?

No I do not have an AUX input at the moment. Everything is stock except for an aftermarket "Air Raid" air intake and filter. I took that off and inspected it for and holes or cracks it might have but nothing. Bought the truck about two months ago and worked well until recently i have noticed the sound.
