Default Weird noise...help please

My truck has made a weird sound about 4 times in the last few days. It sounds like a spring is unwinding, to me. My wife said it sounds like gears but if I showed her a gear she wouldn't know what it is. The sound is coming from the front and only lasts a second. It also seems to happen while breaking at low speed, like in a parking lot. I've examined underneath the truck and everything looks fine and the truck runs great. Any ideas? Here's what I got:

2007 F150 XLT 4X4 scab
5.4L
3.73
46K miles
Catback SI/DO
K&N FIPK(CAI)
SCT X3 Troyer custom tunes, 87 performance
RCX 6" lift
18x9 4.5" BS
35/12.5/18

I had the same noise on my 04 and on my dads 92 crown. A ford dealership said it was the anti brake. They said the brake fluid was contaminated.

So what's the fix? Bleeding the brake system? My brake fluid looks like new. Does that matter?

Well the noise will eventually go away. It's not big deal. Just a annoyance. If you slammed on you brakes and locked the wheels up. That's what usually causes it to make that noise. Don't worry about it and just throw a exhaust on your truck. Won't even be able to hear it.
