Weird Noice at certain RPM
i an '05 F-150 5.4, and it is making a weird noise at a certain RPM sounds like it is coming from the intake (CAI Rouch) and it happens right after the Torque converter locks in and the engine is lugging down, i press the gas pedal shifts down and the noise goes away, and it gets worse when the A/C is on, has anyone ever had this happen to their truck, any help would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance

Just turbulent air thanks to your CAI - once it gets to a certain velocity, it reverberates through the intake, and can vibrate your entire truck and make all sorts of sounds. If you threw your stock intake back on, it'd disappear.

thanks for your reply, that's fine if that is what it is, i had a CAI put on it right after i bought it (6 years 100K miles) and it never was this bad or loud until this summer seems to be getting worse

How old is the filter? Cleaned regularly? I have found you only get 2-3 years out of a re-usable/washable filter, then the material starts breaking down, which lets more air(and contaminants in), which could explain the increased noise you're hearing. Check that all your clamps are tight on the CAI as well, and that it's seated on the TB tight as well. Good luck!
