Weird???
I wanna know if this is normal. I'll be sittin in my truck listening to music(when I'm waiting on something) and it'll go off so I'll just turn the key slightly to turn it back on and then all the way back off and my music still plays. Well when I'm ready to turn my truck on to leave it won't even turn over I have to pull key out and turn other way and it starts right up. Is this just a security thing?

Haha! Sorry bout that. Sometimes I have to take my key out of ignition and turn other way because it won't start. Usually does this if I have been sitting in my truck listening to music.

There is a timer that leaves the accessory power on after you turn off the engine for a short while to help prevent a dead battery. While you are sitting inside the truck you can have the radio on with the key out or in the off position and you didnt open any doors. After it times off you have to turn the key to put the power back on. I think this is what your talking about.

Well close to what I need to know but I should have left the whole music part off. If I pull up somewhere and just shut off my truck and leave key in ignition not taking it out and wait a few mins like when I'm waiting on somebody or something then I try turning the truck back on it won't let me. I have to pull the key out and stick it back in to start up the truck. Is that normal?
