Weekend mods, PIC heavy
So I went to crazy this weekend on the truck. Painting trim, cowling, new wiper lines, PTM door handles, bed caps, fixed roll n lock, bedlined wheel wells, new rotors, brakes, calipers, Gotts mod, new stickers, seat covers, fixed rear sliding window, 4 new kenwood speakers+ ddx470 hu, tailgate camera in the handle, fx2 grille, silverstar headlights, chromed turn signal bulbs, black ford emblems and rancho quick lift.
My inspiration was I found a pic of a 2013 fx4 and wanted my 05 to resemble it. The exhaust goes in on Wednesday (hi flows and a si/so magnaflow). Still want to PTM the grill surround and black out the inside of the headlight/taillight housings. I think I have decided not to PTM the mirror skulls, I like the way it looks all black.
I figure I better wait a week or so before taking it through the wash (let the paint cure completely.

I bought the rims and tires from a member on a forum. Just keep an eye out and be patient. Also check ebay and craigslist.
Those are the factory textured handles. I sanded the SH#! out of them and then did adhesion promoter, primer, paint, and clear coat. Also, the glue behind the handles had started seeping out of mine (due to the hot florida sun) and that was a chore to get off. I had to use a heat gun, gasoline, and a plastic scraper to get it off. But man am I proud of them!

Yeah I have been looking, can't really find any good looking 20+ wheels used and those f150 wheels people want a ton for. Have to have 20's or bigger for a brake kit I have that I want to install.
Gotcha on the handles. I have been wanting to do my handles, and also the door pillars on mine. Where your's are gloss black, mine are flat black and I want to paint them gloss black to blend in more with the tinted windows.

For bedliner, it was the spray can rustoleum type that I got for 6 bucks from harbor freight. I just painted the inside of the wheel wells with it and I think it came out great. Real easy job, just cleaned the surface and sprayed!
Chris, I got the pillar covers off ebay. These people were great to work with and their product is excellent. It is essentially a sticker, but looks OE.
