Default water in tail lights

My tail lights have water/condensation in them. Is there any way to fix this or would it be ten times easier just to buy new led tail lights? If there is any way to fix this how would I fix it. I'm leaning towards leds but if I can fix mine without too much effort or risk of breaking something I'll fix mine. Thanks guys!

Remove the housings, unplug the light sockets and use a hair dryer to dry them out. Inspect the seams to locate leak. Seal the seams. Or are they leaking around the light sockets?

They are not that bad right now but i know they will eventually get worse. Both of them look like the pic.

Well i can't get the picture to post but it just looks like a cloud in my reverse lights.
