Water Pump M30 or M36?
I have been trying to figure out how to determine the correct water pump replacement for my 2008 4.6L
Is this M30/M36 hub business the metric measurement of the threaded part where the fan attaches? If so, short of taking mine apart and measuring the hub, is there a way to find out which one I need? I am wondering why both sizes are listed for my truck....is it an issue of whether or not the engine has the electronic fan clutch or the old mechanical type?
