Water is in my engine and transmission what do i do?????

several people hane suggested it, but have you checked the engine oil dipstick? You never said . It's not anything that takes years of experiance to see......
if the oil on the end of the dipstick looks like chocolate milk, you prob'ly have water in the oil.
if the oil is transparent amber - like it is out of the can - there isn't any water in it.
if it's black, you should have changed it 3000 miles ago.
If someone looks at the oil filler cap and sees some grey slimy goo on it, this is just condensation and is normal.

Your engine will be fine, and if you do what has been suggested for the tranny, I'm sure it'll be fine too. ....Don't forget to clear the codes
Next time if you don't know how deep the water is and your truck is not set up for water...........
