I've got an 06 Crew Cab 5.4 and i want a little extra push to get me moving at lower RPM's. i've got a Hypertech3 programmer, a cold air intake, and a true dual exhaust. The truck is already fast but i'm wandering if just a good tune would help? Thanks

A custom tune would help you across the rpm range but you would notice more in the mid range over anywhere else. Gears would wake up your truck..... Just select wisely.
