My ideas want to get more power out of my 4.6 f-150
With bolt on parts

a tuner is going to give you the most noticeable change. CAI, Exhaust etc etc just browse the forums for a few minutes and you will have a comprhensive list

Electric fans are a nice way to free up some power as well.
