Default Volant powercore vs volant pro5 filter

I'm going to buy a volant cool air intake for my 5.4
The only thing is I don't know which filter to get.
All I really care about is which one has better preformance

Get the power core. It's paper and therefore flows a smidge less. It's lifetime filter and dust and dirt can be knocked out and wiped off of it. No more oiling your filter.

No but I'm going to get one. I had ordered one and they ended up being out of stock after I placed it. After the refund I just gave up. But I will eventually get one.
