Default vibration at highway speed.

I have a 2006 F150 4x4 that I have had a vibration in for the last two years. It feels like it is in the front of the truck and and i can feel it in the seat and floor. Its happens mostly at interstate speeds. Whats odd is it woild vibrate but them it would quit once i rotated tires. Rotate them again and it would come back. Sp I bought new tires and wheels. No fix. I then decided that since i got chrome wheels i would put on ceramic pads. I repalced front and rear brakes with centric rotors, wagner thermoquiet pads, and all new brake calipers as the front pistons were chipping and a rear bleeder seized. Still didn't fix my vibration. I checked my front end for play end it feels tight. Uppers might have a slight amount of play. Checked my ujoints and the are tight but slip yolk in year shaft has a little play. Not sure of that is normal.
Any ideas were to go from here? I have 295/60/18 nitto terra grapplers om xd monsters with bilstine shocks on the two inch lift setting.
