Both hubs were replaced about 2 years/20k miles ago, so I would be surprised/disappointed if one was going bad already, but I will check it out. thanks.

Hubs and rotors are two different things and it all depends what kind of parts were used to replace OEM .. You would not be surprised at some of the cheap inferior junk you can buy now days.
