Very Intense Front end Vibration
Hello everyone,
So im driving down the highway doing about 65-70mph. Then I start to feel my steering wheel to vibrate, and it gradually gets more and more intense. I pull over thinking I have a flat or something. I see nothing suspicious or problematic. I get back in and go not even 2 miles and it happens again. That all happened a week ago and it has only done it once since then and it was the same scenario. Its a 2004 with only 45K miles. It is still under warranty and everything. This is the first problem I have ever had with my truck. My only worry about taking it to Ford is them not being able to get it to do it again or them not being about to see any visible evidence. Any suggestions or suspicions or opinions would be great.
THANKS!

I know this sounds stupid but are you using your e-brake? I had the same problem with mine and felt like I was gonna bounce out of the seat! I would check lug nuts, tire inflation, etc. I wouldn't use it all the time and took awhile to put 2 and 2 together. I know it sounds crazy but that was my problem. Good luck!

Check tie rod ends.. ball joints... Also check to see if you lost a wheel weight
