Has any one replaced the standard horizontal mirrors for vertical mount mirrors like those on a F-250. I have not taken a close look but i was wondering if the bolt patterns are the same. the plastic housing looks pretty close to that of the F-150. Thanks.

Look up f150 tow mirrors, all kinds of threads on how to get them to work, and yes I did mine was a direct replacement, no wiring mods needed.
