looks ok, but the tabs where you pop to open it look like they will easily break after time. no brand name? hmm, i would spend a tad more and get a nice truxedo/access off ebay. lockable? no soft tonneau cover is secure, a jack knife is all it takes. if you want roll up style and security, pace edwards makes an aluminum roll up one, but quite a price tag too.
father-in-law has this one on his 04, looks like new yet, thing has been up and down more times that you can imagine.

for the price i would focus on a extang trifecta, had them no problem, the price is comprable to the ones your looking at (300-400 range) depending on where purchaseda and shipping they are very reasonable. I've had one now for two years an just had a replacement sent to me thru the warrenty program. If your looking at a cover if you can afford to spend a bit more for this type of cover the warrenty is well work the investment (10years on vinyl and lifetime on the frame) from start to finish i had a new cover in a week at my door step. Literally!

I have a simular roll-up cover (not this exact one) for over 5 years. The one issue I am just stating to encounter is that the velcro is starting to pull away from the rails along the sides. I reattached one side already using Golloria glue and it seems to be holding. I noticed that the other side's velcro is now starting to come loose.
Overall the cover works very well and when cleaned, still looks almost new even after 5+ years.
