Just courious; do they produce any noticable wind noise that can be heard in the cab? I like the idea of being able to crack the windows open without worry of rain getting in, especially in the summer when the vehicle is parked here in Texas.

i think the in channel ones look better. the only thing i dont like about them is if its hot out, they like to move so when i roll my window up they hit. if its really hot i gotta push it out then roll the window up another inch. not a big deal but it might get on your nerves. im not sure how much they cost since they came on the truck when i bought it. id recommend them though

the only thing with the egr ones is the fact that they come all the way down in the front of the window to the top of the door. my avs ones only come down the top of the window seal...which imo i like better.....

no the do not make any noise.
When I got my truck I couldn't put just the rear windows down because of the air coming in it kind of sounded like a drum and it hurt my ears. Now that I put the rain guards on I can drive with the rear windows down. I can still hear the "drum" but it is not bad and doest hurt my ears.
Mine come all the way down as well and they block a little of the passenger side mirror, it takes some getting use to but they help keeping rain come in from the front of the window as well when they are cracked.
