Hope this is a good section for this. I plan on picking up some tires here shortly for my new 18x9" wheels. I'm gonna be trading off my stock base 17x7.5" wheels and brand new Hankook Dyna Pro MT 285/70/17 on them. They maybe have 60-70 miles on them. Wheels are in good condition as well. What is the worth of these things together? I know there's no real answer to the question but around what price should I be looking for?

Check out Craigslist in your area. In my area, I see new vehicle take offs with low miles for sale at a price of $1000 to 1200 listed for weeks. Similarly I see old rims with 1/2 used tread listed at $350 to $600 and also sitting for weeks.


If you're willing to wait for weeks with those wheels are tires in your garage, I would bet you might get $600 to $700.

I just sold my stock 18's with 33" duratracs on them for 850$. I had two responses on craigslist with in 12 hours. The biggest factor is how you write your ad on craigslist. You have to really sell the item and make it seem amazing.

I just sold my set of 04 FX4 wheels with 275/70r18 duratracs with 15,000 miles on the tires for $1000 on craigslist. Guy called and came to look at them (and bought them) within two hours of posting.

Well went to the truck store this morning. They ended up buying my tires and I got to keep the stock rims for $500. Didnt think that was too bad. Anyway here are the new wheels and rubber. 18x9 Level 8 Punch wheels 275/70r18's

Any advice on how much to ask for my stock 04 Fx4 rims? No tires included so I know that will make it harder to move then
