Squeaky window..
Hey guys,
Anyone ever have a problem with a really bad squeak noise when you go to roll your window (front driver for me) up or down. After I first wash it or good rain storm it stops but for about a day or so, I know its partly dirt but I mean...A day later, I was curious if anyone else has had this problem. If so, what stopped it if anything.
Thanks guys,
- Jeremy

I've read a few posts about this, I'd like to see exactly what to do about it as mine squeaks too. If you have to pull the inside door panel off I'd like to know how to do that without screwing it up, every time I pull a door panel off something I can't get it back on right, screw up a clip or something stupid, I'd like to avoid that with my new truck.

Also have slight squeak on rear passenger window and not sure how to stop without screwing it up. I might try bringing back to dealership considering it still is under warranty and see what they say.
It's probably something really stupid simple like spraying some WD-40 in between rubber and window and then go up and down a few times, then wash window inside and out after.

I have 4 squeakers on my screw. Let me know if you stop them. The noise of the windows is bad enough but my wife and kids imitate them and that makes it 5 times worse.

Same here. Just started last week. Now my rear passenger window squeaks like crazy going up and down, unless like stated above we get a good rain then it is quiet for about a day.

I don't think I've ever had a ford that didn't have squeaky windows. My truck now has the driver's window which is the worst since I use it the most. I tried WD-40, worked for about 5 days, then no more. I might swing in to the dealer and get some shots of grease or whatever they use
