Big thanks to Morghill for his help, I really owe you one buddy. Luckily it was just the tip of the tap stuck in the hole. Took a small point skinny and it broke into small pieces, pulled them out with a magnet and re-tapped the hole and popped it out. After this ordeal I think this may be the last spark plug I replace in a 5.4
