OOOOoooo Like these and they are about 100 and something bucks cheaper too. Thanks for the link. Do you know if these will solve my problem or will they still be bent at awkward angles too? Are they bigger?

I dont know about solve your problem, but it should help. These are not only larger tubing for the actual UCA, but its a larger BJ which is what will help stabilize the struts travel. No prob on the link. Thats what a Blue friend is for

If you do get them, let me know how it works out, w/ the 4wd strut and everything. I had been goin around JY lookin for some but nothin yet. Did you just unbolt your spindle onto that strut where the cv would actually go? I figured that is what needed to happen but wasn't sure.

I got lucky and found the struts on ebay for 100 bucks. They were only used 400 miles before they were pulled off. They are direct bolt ons were the 2wds went. Squeezed them under the strut and bolted it all together. I took some pics for ya lol.

Default Damn i'm a retard!

Ok, so Now i KNOW for sure whats wrong. You are in a tremendous bind, and thats the issue. Normally, when you add a levelling kit it stresses the UCA but not bad to tweek drivability. Now you are adding the strut, increasing the downward position you are putting on the UCA. If you could find a 4wd knuckle, this would give you the 2" you are adding w/ the strut. However, i'm not sure if you can put our spindle from our knuckle on a 4wd knuckle. At the most, you might have to drill/tap some holes for the spindle. This should correct the issue you are having. Sorry, those McNuggets I had early were pretty yummy, salivating my brain I think.

Ok correct me if im wrong here but I got a bigger knuckle with the 6 inch pro comp lift unless your talking about me getting a knuckle from a 4wd 6 inch lift. That would make sense. I wonder what the difference would be in the 2wd spindle and the 4wd spindle other then a spot for the CV shaft?

Since you're lifted I would think you'd have to get a knuckle from a 6" lift kit or drop brackets for the UCA's from a lift kit. Also I was thinking that the 4wd spindle had a hire mount for the spring and that helped in the added height as well.

Dont forget the 4X4 struts are designed to hold up more weight that a 2X4 doesnt have in the front. This may explain the harsh ride.
