Y upper control arms bothe slide back and forth and I've searched on here to look and see if that's normal. But I'm hearing a metal like grind noise and when I turn it makes a popping noise and I feel a jolt in the wheel... It's coming from my left front wheels. Here's pictures of the control arm. I got under and looked everywhere and didn't see no source of metal to metal.

Have you tighten up on the bolts on your upper arm?

There shouldn't be a gap like that where your bushings are located.

Most likely a bushing issue too!

Definitely bushings...look at how the gap changes and moves from front to back with the wheel turned in/out. I'd replace both UCA's.

It's my wheel bearing I got the jack out and took off my wheel didn't see anything and I put it back on and tightened the lugs and my wheel wiggles so it's out of commission for awhile till I order some from Amazon or Goto advanced. Does anyone have any input on brand to buy?

UCAs are not very expensive. Not hard to replace either.

Look at how it's shifting front to back relative to wheel position. My UCA's don't do that and it'll effect your caster. Also IME, I've never seen UCA's and bushings look that bad in 20K miles, but who knows...
