I got a 2006 supercrew cab xlt that I would like to upgrade with any newer model parts . ( buying a new truck isnt an option )

I would like to upgrade like the seats, steering wheel ( would like to control the stereo from it, I got the stereo, just need the steering wheel) has anyone done something like this?

No personal experience with a steering wheel swap, I do however see some potential issues with it however. Like getting power to the steering wheel and if all the harnesses are there. Not sure if and what the wires from the steering wheel plug into and where that info goes, such as a small computer or a relay. The Seats are a simple swap.

does the seats for a king ranch will fit? What would be the best way to check what fit and what doesn't?

they should all fit man, obviously depending on console shift or Column shift.

As for SWC, you should already have the clockspring. The XLT has cruise control buttons. You don't need a complete steering wheel, just the switches. You may have to add the wire in the harness plug for stereo controls (if not already there)
