Default Unused Connector under Drivers Seat?

I got all the seats out of my 2006 F150 XLT today scrubbing the carpet down. It was quite dirty.

When I took the drivers seat out, I noticed there was an extra connector under it.

The connector in question is the grey one.

The only things I can come up with is that there used to be a power seat here which was replaced with a manual seat at some point.

What do you think?

To save money and reduce inventory manufactures will install wire harness with connectors and wiring for many optional accessory's not installed on the truck at factory.

OK so technically if I wanted to put a power seat in, I would be all set right?
