Unique 4x4 issue

Final Update: It was the PCM, it would not communicate to the 4x4 systems at all. Just the 4x4 section was completely dead, PCM worked fine everywhere else. I put in a reman unit, everything works as it should, front axle is engaging. I tested 4lo for a few feet, then 4hi for a few blocks in a straight line while it was flooding rain outside. Will test on mud next week so I'm off asphalt. Thanks for everyone's help and the f150forum resources.

Flagship one was supplier, reprogrammed by Firestone. Flagship 1 programs it with the vin number then any shop with a ford dealer bay diagnostic tool can program the details and security.
