Not yet. I went with the Dtx group on a off road trip from death valley to Vegas, and only had a set of sky jacker shocks on it. I blew both front shocks, and ripped a Cv boot. The rest of the trip was ROUGH. I intended on upgrading my suspension already, but figured why not go, and if I break something... I'll start upgrading there......... Mission accomplished on breaking ****. I need bump stops, limit straps and my rear suspension before I really test it out. I also need to solve my Cv boot issue.
I have gone to at least 3 fab shops now asking about a diff drop, and they all look at me like I'm crazy for wanting to drop the diff with only a level kit on it. (they might also think I don't know what's going on with my truck since I'm "just a girl". They tell me that many people run leveling kits and the Cv angle isn't too extreme and that I am only ripping boots because I'm using a Napa Cv axle. I have ripped boots on stock Cv's and Napa Cv's all the same. Something else is the problem... And I think lowering my diff until the Cv's are back at stock angles will solve my problem.. I just can't convince a shop to do it for me yet. They all say it isn't the problem...

Are you running a cv shaft spacer?

That's what I want to do. I have been to a few fab shops now, and they just look at me like I'm crazy for wanting a diff drop for a leveling kit. Onw guy told me that I needed to use Ford's cv axles instead of Napa's and I won't have the problem. I had a Ford one on the driver side and a Napa one on the passenger. I have been ripping boots on both kinds. Most of the guys tell me "I put leveling kits on trucks like yours all the time, and they don't seem to be having problems. You don't need a diff drop." I looked at some of the trucks they had at the shop at that time, and they all looked like Mall Crawlers. That might be why those guys don't have problems. Flat ground probably isn't doing much damage. Yet, I have ripped a boot or 2 between offroading. Maybe on a fast speed bump hit. I dunno. My biggest challenge now is finding a shop that will take me seriously and build me a damn drop bracket. I don't know if they never see this issue, or they just think I don't know anything about my truck cuz I'm not a man. I'm gonna start sending my boyfriend in to see if they will cooperate with him.

i would just safe all the hassle of finding someone to build a damm diff drop,, save up and get a suspension lift that uses bigger spindles and a strut spacer,, you get to keep your badass coils and uca, you get the a really nice lift and and a diff drop so everything goes back to normal

Ok. The first pic is my passenger side which is the Napa Reman axle. The other, of course, is the driver side which is a stock ford axle.

That's about what mine look like. I don't do any Baja with my truck but I offload it hard and haven't ripped any boots. I have squirted grease out of them though

I ripped 7 on my passenger side, and one on my driver side. Lucky-ish for me, the napa ones are under warranty. I have gotten 5 of them free, but it is a pain to install the new one again and again and again. I don't know how many more times I can do this before they say **** you, no more free axles. I'm running out of ideas.
