Has anyone thought about using the Street Scene Smooth Wiper Cowl?

http://www.autoanything.com/body-kits/61A4853A0A0.aspx

I've been wanting to learn how to paint and I thought this would be a good piece to practice on since its not as noticeable and it would replace the stock wiper cowls that are just going to gray out again.

They are looking good btw OP. what did you do about those little rubber bits on the end?

For $160+ and a 2 star review, I will go with the Krylon - thank you very much.

Well that's out of a whole 1 review. Granted the details of it aren't promising. Just wondering if people had ever seen it, used it, or had thoughts on it vs just painting over the stock cowls.

That's what I gotta get next. When I took my cowls off, noticed the end pieces were cracked and getting brittle.
