Default Try Troyer

Blackbetty

Hello I just got my stage 2 kit from troyer waiting on the tunes to put everything on.

As for were to get them here is the link to theirs and what they claim it will do for you.

Let me know if you do these as I would like a play by play on how they go on and how they make your truck behave. I will get to find out in about a month when i go home on R&R.

Take care,

You might check to see if they are more than 10% underdrive,if they are they could cause problems with the water pump flow when towing alot of weight, other than that they should produce in the ballpark of gains that they claim.

I have used underdrive pulleys on several cars and trucks over the years and they are a quick power adder, but they should not be more than 10% underdrive

personally i dont want to buy anything from him if i dont have to, i dont like his stance on his fans and his unwillingness to change the design...

im just worried about this mod because i dont want to throw the crank off balance...but if the 2v motors all use the same pulleys then summit had 2v for like 100 bucks or so a while back....i may check that out if this is the case..

I think every underdrive pulley set I have ever seen has been a 25% underdrive.
