Does anyone know whether or not having these pulleys require different tuning if u have a tuner? I wouldnt think so but Im not sure....

I wouldnt bother. There will be no significant gain with pulleys alone.
Now,combined with a CAI,headers,fullexhaust,and a tuner,you may see a small difference.
Problem is,you lose things. Like a slight loss in psi from the power steering pump.
Not worth it imho.

If your going to do pulleys, do elc. fans at the same time. Yes you will notice a gain in power and better milage. I've not noticed any loss of power steering or alt. output.
I think this stuff should be done after a tuner, ext. CAI.
Then you'll have added some HP to your truck.
