Any issues installing these w/ factory bed liner?

Sure pics would great. Can the rear tie down still be used or will that have to be removed?

I'll take some tomorrow. The tie-down needs to be flipper, as per the instructions.

Sorry, I forgot to do the pic's... Here ya go. and FYI, I didn't use the self tapping screws that came with the case. I drilled holes, coated them, then installed nutserts. I also used stainless hardware.
