When I have the cruise control set and turn on my right turn signal, the cruise control goes off. Also, when I turn on the left turn signal, it blinks rapidly. 2005 F150 4X4 Lariat

Check your blinker bulbs. This is most likely the culprit. I had a similar problem and ended up being the drivers side rear blinker bulb.

Yes, check the left blinker bulbs for the rapid flash. As for the cruise, I would think you might have a bad "canceler assembly". That is where the steering wheel column controls used to go. If the lights still flash rapidly after you check the bulbs and the relay/flasher is good, check the wiring at the marker lights and turn signal lights just to rule them out. Dig deeper after that

The fast blinker might be the break light on the same side

yep, and the brake light issue may be cancelling the cruise just as if you stepped on the brake

Sorry to being up an old thread, but I just started having this exact problem a few days ago. Did replacing your turn signal bulb fix the issue?
