A seat belt/air bag saved my life.
That lame excuse "but we never had it back in the day" just doesn't cut it. Technology is advancing everyday, new ways to protect people are being invented everyday. Just because we didn't have them before they were invented is not a debatable topic, what should be discussed is why people still fail to wear them, and to such a degree it was felt necessary to make it law.
Also, Seatbelt saved my hide as well.

If you don't have money to fix your truck, you prob don't have the money to maintain it, or insure it.. While I may have insurance, you will look stupid when you hit someone due to mechanical failure and their insurance company goes after you personally for the damages. Fix and take care of your **** or get off the roads!

All this crap over a seatbelt chime fuse?????????
This is the second thread.
Since we have people thinking we are going to kill you if you are dumb enough to bypass your air bag system. I will tell you how to check fuses.
If i wanted to pull the fuse for the radio, I'd turn the radio on and start yanking fuses.
If you don't have a owners manual they are availible for free on the internet. I didn't look to see what year your truck was. But here is one for a 2004.
