This is a follow-up post to one I had here last week. I've been checking Ebay as well as other web sites for a horizontal style billet upper grill for my 2005. In all the pictures I see from the various manufacturers sites, as well as those who sell these units, the billet grill sits "flush" with the stock grills outer ring; something I want. However, when I examine my stock grill, there are the stock vertical plastic "bars" that run the full length of the outer ring. How can the billet grill sold by these folks fit perfectly flush with the stock outer rim, yet the manufacturers say there is "no cutting required?

What am I missing? Any of you folks out there that have installed one of these willing to share what you did, and what manufacturer you used to make a nice, clean, flush fit?
