Default Tuner cause a battery drain?

Hadnt started the truck (2004 screw 4x4) in a few days, went out to start it and it was dead...however I noticed that when I opened the door the screen to the Edge evolution was on which is strange since the ignition was not on.

I charged the battery unplugged the tuner and its been fine every since, and I couldnt find that anything else was left on.

Just wondering if its even possible for the tuner to kill the battery? Does it draw anything while the truck is parked? Was it just parked too long? Thanks for your time.

tuner should shut off when you open your door after the ignition is turned off ..just like the radio does.. maybe your door switch stuck in..

Hi.

I agree on the door switch.

But - the OBDII port does not have switched power. Certainly no acc_dly_pwr there.

My Scangauge display stays on after the door is opened ( key out) for a few more seconds, then the display times out. The device itself is still active (but quiescent).
