I bought an 05 Navigator in the summer of 08.It only had 27k miles on it.With the extended warranty that we were able to add it was 22k OTD.Gas prices on that day was 4.25.The salesman said it was due to the prices of gas the bigger SUVs and trucks weren't moving. My wife works 5 minutes from the house and after a weeks worth of driving it takes about $30 to fill it back up.Gas here today is 3.45 and climbing...

The last time gas prices went way up used truck prices went down because alot of people were trading them in on smaller cars.

I paid $14,700 for my '06 in 2/09 with 48k so paying more than that seems unreasonable to me, especially considering that my truck is now 6 years old with 102k and I couldnt justify paying more for a truck thats now older and has double the mileage. Gas was $2.039 the day I bought it.

I live in New Brunswick Canada, gas here is $1.31/L
1.31 x 3.85 = $5.05/GAL

Trucks are still the same price as always, and worth every penny!
