Here in MN if you're lookin for a nice 2004-2008 it'll run ya around 15 grand with 110k miles or so...
I'm hoping to sell mine (fully paid off) for about 15 and buy a truck that is in good condition around summer time and use the extra money for some fun stuff

Heck last summer they said $5 by the end of the summer, it effects the prices of trucks somewhat, but for alot of people they have to use their trucks no matter what in order to make any money, so there's still a demand.

IMO it will effect new truck prices but I dont see used truck prices taking too much of a hit.
The consumer will by the cheaper used truck to offset the price of gas.

I'm driving it till it dies. 97K miles on it, owner since new, and almost paid off. Hopefully I have many years of no payments.

The Volt can suck it!

Here in Iowa, a truck is nearly a necessity. Prices are fairly high and minimum wage is supposedly going to be bumped up to 10.25

I really feel sorry for the small, hard working business owners who are having a hard enough time staying in business in this economy who need and depend on their truck. As for me, trading it in for a pontiac vibe or Toyota matrix. Gonna kick myself when I need to get a load of mulch.
