Default Hissing noise from injector port

I've noticed a hissing/air noise coming from the passenger side top of engine for a week or so and finally think I've narrowed it down to the #2 injector port. Originally I thought it was a vac leak and checked the plastic red line and the IWE lines. They checked out ok. Today I put a rubber hose with one end to my ear and I swear its coming from the injector port itself where the injector is seated. There is no gas leaking or anything visually obvious. When I unplug the injector the idle does change which to me seems it is working. There are no codes and the truck seems to be running ok. I did spray carb cleaner in and around that area to no avail thinking it may be my intake manifold gasket or a crack. Has anyone ever experienced this and what could be making the hissing? A bad o ring. Before I go pulling the fuel rail in this 30 degree north east weather. I thought I"d ask. The injectors and o rings are relatively new( refurbs) within a yr or so. Thanks. ps, Its definitely an air sound, doesn't sound like fluid leak to me or so I think. Its obvious with the engine running
