But I'm noticing say I'm at 50mph and I go to pass a car and I tromp down on the throttle the truck hesitates for a second or two like it has no power then it all of a sudden takes off and down shifts like its suppose to do. Been told it's a programming flaw it's the fpdm, filter ect. I'm lost to. Hell trying to pass people anymore almost gets me killed. But my truck is a 04 fx4 screw with 167k miles. It sounds like a power strike ect lol.
When was the last time the plugs and COP boots changed? Sounds like you have the classic worn plugs, misfire

The coil packs are like 2 months old I inspected them very good no defects. The plugs from what my service records show from precious owner he put them in 10k miles ago.
