last night on the way home from work it started pouring rain. a ton of water on the road and after a mile of this or so, truck started bucking and sputtering at low rpm ran ok when i got the rpms up.im assuming that my fpdm got wet. going to check it this weekend.any other thoughts on what would cause it. by the way truck ran normal this afternoon coming to work

I would say the FPDM would be good place to start.

I did mine this afternoon as a precautionary measure. The old one was in pretty good shape for the age, but better safe than sorry.

I got mine from Amazon for $55 if you think you can wait till early next week...

checked at the dealer this mourning to see if they had them and what they cost 3 on shelf at $106

They are $70 or so online... But hey, if the FPDM is failing and it will rain in the next few days, I would say the $106 isn't too bad. A tow bill will be a lot more.
