Forgot to mention. I can take 300 + shipping. Shipping shouldnt be much cause its not heavy at all and it can go in a small box. But, Yeah, comes with the dash pod. And like i said im gettin about 16 mpgs with it. With the 35s its still got plenty of get up and go. If you go with similar to stock like you said, you should feel increase. The 5.4 sucks on RWHP anyways, but with all the settings you can mess with on it, youll be able to see an increase. I havent touched the WOT fuel, timing, or anything like that.

How in the sam dickens are u getting 16 with 35's?!?!?! I only got 13/14 with stock tires and just put 34's on and they have killed it, waiting to run this tank out to see my miliage but I kno it ain't gonna be good. Truck computer is sayin 10.4 mpg and my gryphon is sayin 13.2 mpg. Maybe I should get custom tune.

I don't know if you have spent much time in the 04-08 section but a warning about the 04's, they tend to have more cam phaser problems than later models. I drive an 05 and worry about but with an 04 I would be very cautious. Otherwise it is a great looking truck but if it was me I would return the tires to a closer to stock size and remove the leveling kit. If you are planning on using this as a farm vehicle and will actually need 4x4 a leveling kit doesn't do your cv's any favors, and add in large tires to the equation and you can do some hub damage if you're not careful.

Personally I would recommend that for the kind of vehicle you are looking for that you not even get one this nice. I would go for an older 4x4 7.3 or 5.9. They will make great farm trucks, be able to perform better than a gasser. That being said if you have made up your mind that is a good truck but for a temporary farm truck I would have to go diesel if you are planing on upgrading later anyway.

The wire that runs from the power outlet could be the resistor wire so the dvd player will run without applying the parking break. Ive wired dvd players to do it in the past. Just not thay way. Start the truck put in drive. Try to play a dvd, if it works, send a message on here and ill explain how to change it around. Hope that helps.

I'm gonna get some smaller mud tires and a programmer put on it ASAP. Definetly gonna use the 4x4 alot but I'll probably keep the leveling kit on or replace it since I hate the raked look.. Lookin at some 33s with an edge cts.. I had an 04 fx4 before and didn't have any issues but with this truck havin 85000 miles and runnin smooth hopefully It doesn't have any kinda cam phaser issues because I heard that was like 1,000$ or more lol.. Buying the truck tomorrow morning and really excited to be back in a 5.4 finally lol

my 05 had camphasers going south in it. kinda sucked $1000-1500 to replace it.

personally I think the body style before it with the 2 valve tritons were far superior to the 3vs. Have a mechanic who said the two motors he hates more than anything are the 6l PSD and the 5.4 triton 3v. Said the spark plugs, camshaft phasers, and any other internal work on the 3v's were just a pain in the ***.
