Default Truck making a funny noise when I steer.

My 2008 F150 Limited 5.4 3V is making a weird, squeaky noise that only happens when I rev my engine, or steer to the right. Does anyone have an idea what it might be? It only has 44,5xxx miles..

Not sure, it only makes the noise when I turn the wheel right and accelerate or something.

Check your pulleys. Take off the belt and spin each by hand to see if any make noise. You can also start it like that and turn the wheel to see if it makes the noise when turning the wheel or revving the engine. Don't run it too long with the belt off because the water pump will not be working.

My wife had a squeaking/grinding noise in her volvo even when steering moderate. The noise got louder when she was steering while accelerating. It was caused by the power steering pump, because of not enough fluid. The pump was broken.
Maybe this helps...
