Default Truck keeps failing inspection. Help

A month and a half ago (approximately 1000 driven miles since then) I had spark plugs changes. Dealer said I had a missfire code the caused a CEL and then fixed it with new coil. I drove about 100 miles and then got it inspected. Failed because cats, 02 sensors and evap system were reading as not ready. Just had it reinspected now after driving 900 miles and failed again. This time just for cats and 02 sensors. Dealer told me I needed to drive 20 miles with a half tank of gas in warm weather to activate the sensors. In my daily commute I do that so at this point I have no idea what to do. Just keep driving normally or what?

Not sure what your issue is, but you must have an issue. No way to tell without diagnosing the problem. Sorry its above my pay grade

Some info on which state you're in and specifics on diagnostics provided by the test station would be helpful and may get some folks to respond.

I just figured something like that the dealer would have taken care of after clearing the codes. Thank you
