I have 2008 f150 limited that has 22 inch wheels with low profile tires, being 75 yr old its a long stretch from ground to seat. If using rb its to high and a head knocker. Whats my solution , tks don p

First off I'd like to say you kick *** for being 75 with a sick truck, and the best way that I can think of is get the electric side steps that fold down when the door opens.

Do some light stretching before climbing in.

Not sure of the electric side steps; they would retract down to the same postion as the stock running side boards/bars he has currently.

What about the single type steps that are sold? They seem to be lower than the full side bars, so perhaps this will help.

Theres a guy in my town with a nice f150 who is a bit older, he actually lowered his about 2 inches all around, and has power steps.Seems to work real well, and the truck looks awesome.
