May or may not work but if you have tried everything else....

My sisters escort was doing this same thing and she had a pinhole in the hose that lets the manifold breath. The hose pulled vacuum and due to the hole the hose was collapsing. replaced the hose and has been running perfect since.

Been awhile since ive been under my hood and not sure if our trucks even have the same hose but just wanted to throw it out there since her car has the exact same symptom. it was only at a stop and only happened randomly not every time.

That could be considering I just put the motor back in might have broke a line who knows
