truck died, DTC P0012 and wont re-start

truck died, DTC P0012 and wont re-start
So my 04 f-150 died on the highway last night and threw a DTC P0012 (camshaft sensor) we replaced both and still it wont re-start.
Anyone have an idea as to whats going on?
