I had the same problems. I changed just the boots on the COPs and the bucking problem changed. Got the IDS scanner put on my truck at River City Diesel just right down the road from me and thw head mechanic told me I had three misfires. Still trying to find a way to figure out if its plugs or COPs. Also let me rephrase my first sentence I am having the same problem as everyone else with the misfires.

Try these, I already did my plugs and I will be ordering them as soon as I get any further ignition issues.

Sorry - those are junk. You WILL have problems later and be chasing yer tail in frustration chasing random misfires.
You can pay about the same for Motorcraft/Visteon if you look hard enough.
Examples:
DG-508's for older trucks ( pre 2004): http://www.ebay.com/itm/1998-2008-LINCOLN-TOWN-CAR-IGNITION-COIL-VISTEON-BRAND-NEW-ALL-8-PCS-/370944224459?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item565dffaccb&vxp=mtr
DG-511's for '04-'08 trucks: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Visteon-60-1005-Ignition-Coil-FORD-4-0-4-6-5-4-/181225320749?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item2a31def12d&vxp=mtr

I def agree with getting the MC coils, but the part number information seems inconsistant. Seems like the 508 is still the part even for newer 04-08 w 4.6L while the 511 is for the 5.4 Do you have the full rundown on this?

Right you are.
Using Rockauto as a reference -
DG508 - all 4.6 and 5.4 F150's prior to 2004 ( except those 4.6's prior to ~2000, which used coil packs, not COP's. )
DG508 - all 4.6's from '04-'08
DG511 - all '04-'08 5.4 3V's
I did not check for '09-'10 model years. I reckon folks who can type better'n faster'n me can go look it up
BTW - you can get Motorcraft COPs at Rockauto for ~$50 each all day long.

Hi.
As good a place as any to start.
Switch the COP with another cylinder and see if the misfire code follows. If it does you found yer problem.
While the COP is out, inspect the boot for cracks, etc. If ni doubt just go get a new boot ( ~$4 each). Install with proper application of dielectric grease.
If it still misfires on the same cylinder, it's time to pull the plug.
