I I have an 04 screw 6.5 bed and my bed doesn't have any rust but for sure it will after this winter because I didn't have time to sand down the 1 inch flap on the fender because it was flaking terrible but I'm not to worried about the cost but will a 2009-2014 bed fit and align right with my body?

if its flaking off now .. its already corroded and dont think an 09+ bed will fit.

The newer beds do fit actually. There was a guy on here a few years ago that has a white f150 with the newer bed on it. I think all the holes line up and everything if I remember correctly.

Yeah it works, but the wheel well lines are not the same front to back.

Personally, the wheel wells would drive me crazy if it was my truck.

Going back to the first post.
You don't want to fix whatever a "one inch flap" is, but you are instead just thinking an entire bed swap is a better idea?
Go price the two options out once.

I know the price but it will be something unique to though

...except for the other one.
But whatever, it's not my truck. If it's what you want, then go for it.
