Default Tru-Cool Max # 4739-1 Trans Cooler

2006 F-150 4.6L V8 4x4
I purchased a Tru-Cool Max # 4739-1 Trans Cooler. I was going to install it right now but have a question. I currently have a small stock cooler. the Trans Lines Currently leave the trans, go through a Thermal Bypass (used to keep fluid from running through the cooler until the trans it hot enough to need it), one line goes into the cooler, leaves the cooler, goes into the radiator, leaves the radiator and then returns to the trans. It could be reverse order, I don't know! My question is this: 1. Should I leave the existing cooler in and add the new cooler or replace the existing cooler with the new one? 2. Should I bypass the radiator or continue to let the fluid run through the radiator? 3. Should I replace the stock thermal bypass with the new one supplied by Tru-Cool or leave the stock one in? Any prompt/quick replies would be appreciated as I wanna' get this installed today if possible!!!! Thanks in advance everyone...

Keep your kit together as in, if you install the new cooler, use the new bypass as well. A quick search online didn't give me many results for problems with that cooler but gave tons of results where people installed and loved that cooler. I say, install it as a kit and have fun!
